Graflex 4x5 Lensboards

This is a remix from a good fitting design a friend shared with me, which can be found on Thingiverse here: (Note, I would have marked this as a “remix” the PrusaPrinters way, but it wasn't working correctly, so this is my workaround)

My friend wanted a different hole size than the one in the original and asked if I could mod (remix) it to the size they needed. one of the easiest remixes ever!

From there, A few other people needed different holes too, so I made a collection of the differing sizes that I made, and here they are, for anyone. I wish I had the forethought to keep track of the lenses being used when I made them (but I didn't).  If you find yourself measuring a lens, one of these might correspond. I intentionally made them to “error” or meing slightly too tight (if at all), because it's easier to shave/sand a little off than to grow a bit on (or seal the gap).

There are four different hole sizes in this collection, print the one you need. From smallest to largest, they are:

• 53.6mm
• 63mm
• 70mm
• 76.14mm

Oh, I made one other small modification. I added the hole's size to the inside (hidden) of the lensboard, for reference. If you don't like that, it is super easy to scrape off, but I've found it to be useful.

Print instructions

Printer: ANY (I used a Qidi X-one2, and also a MakerFarm Pegasus)

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.15 - 0.2

Infill: N/A (default is fine, infill isn't used)

Filament: ANY (I used eSun PLA+)

Notes:
This really is a simple print. One of the simplest I've done, so there isn't a lot to say.

Post-Printing
Post printing is just testing fit and a sanding/shaving if needed (hopefully not, mine was perfectly fine with no adjustments at all)
