Akro-Mils small drawer divider

Akro-Mils makes plastic cabinets with plastic drawers for small parts. Each drawer has slots for one drawer divider. The typical cabinet comes with 64 small drawers, but only 8 dividers. The dividers are molded into the back of the cabinet and can be snapped out. With small parts (like screws), the dividers allow up to 128 separate storage bins.

With this print, you don't need to bother with the snapping the parts out of the back. I would say these dividers are actually a little better than the ones that come with. I have a gcode file with four copies and another with just one. I find printing four at a time is an efficient batch size.

They are thin, so I print them at 100% infill and use the “Detect thin walls” option. I typically print with black PETG, making them very similar to the OEM version.
