Corner clamping jig, Eckspannwinkel, Clamping angle, sturdy

Corner clamps in two sizes to clamp things in right angles or 45 degrees.

I made them in two sizes (150mm and 200mm) and two versions. Version one has a more harmonious shape, version two has the bars exactly where the force is applied. Both versions come with the scale (1cm per line) either on both sides or one just one side. If you have issues with bed adhesion use the version with just one scale so that it is printed at the top.

I use the 150mm size with smaller clamps for smaller parts and the 200mm size with larger clamps. If you have very large clamps, use version two, it has better options to put a large clamp in the large hole.

Printing

• Support: no
• Material: PLA, PETG or ABS, for me it works well with PLA
• Layer height: 0.2mm, 0.4 is probably also ok
• Perimeters: depending on your strength requirements. I used 2mm at bottom and top (when laying on the print bed) and 4mm at the walls where the force is applied when clamping. This may be way to much but I wanted to be on the safe side
• Infill: depending on your strength requirements. I used 50% gyroid
