Description
Some simple roller wheels to mount under a storage box/bin/container so you can slide it out from under furniture instead of dragging it.
I didn't have any shafts around so printed it and used some bearings I had laying around.
I printed the bases upright with supports for better strength on the shaft (see picture of slicer). With PLA as interface material they're very easy to remove, but if you don't have an AMS or MMU you probably want to print it laying down.
Print the base halfs, print the TPU tyres, glue the tyres to the bearings, then stick them in between the halfs and glue together.
I used thick double sided (foam/rubbery) tape to stick the assembled rollers onto the box. I can recommend tesa powerbond.
I've uploaded the .f3d and step files in case you'd like to make changes.
