Description
hello! This is a rugged box with an inserts to organize medicine vials like those used to hold compounded semaglutide, tirzepetide, retatrutide, peptides, K-beauty, TRT, Ozempic, Mounjaro, etc. It uses the Gridfinity system.
It keeps your medicine sealed away from the butter and eggs. I hope you like the design.
The inserts have 17mm holes for 3ml vials, and 25mm holes for 10ml vials, then a larger cutout for a 30ml vial on its side. The latch is 19mm wide and the ribs are 4mm thick.
The assembly requires at least two M3x25mm, or M3x30mm for the latch grab bar. You can also attach the hinges and latches using four more.
Alternately, to save your long screws, the latches and hinges themselves can be attached using a total of eight M3x12mm screws, one in each side, either button-head or sockethead will work.
The box is best printed at .20 layer height, although the latches look fine at .30 layer height.
I have had some success using 3D printed screws, using Polymaker PolyMax tough PLA Pro and using .15 layer height.
The designs shown are in PLA and have Polymaker Panchroma Matte Muted White (my favorite color), and Matte Fossil Grey, Hatchbox Matte Olive Green, Prusament Galaxy Black (my GOAT), ForceForge Galaxy Black and Burnt Titanium
I use black M3 screws from this set which are HQ and dont leave soot marks.
If you want me to print the boxes for you, I have an Etsy Shop that I just started
