Este test de voladizos se ha realizado después de mucho investigar y gracias a la experiencia aportada por @rudolf

Es un test fijo a 75º. La idea de no hacer otro ángulo en este test es porque, cualquier impresora con una ventilación de capa decente, debería hacer bien todos los ángulos desde 0 a 75.

Por encima de 75º de voladizo aconsejo usar soportes (aunque hay máquinas que puedan hacerlo)

La idea es que, cuanto más largo sea un voladizo con este ángulo, más difícil es sacarlo bien. Por eso es importante NO ESCALAR EL MODELO. 

He intentado optimizarlo lo máximo posible para que no se gaste mucho material.

Importante NO CAMBIAR LA ORIENTACIÓN DE LA PIEZA e IMPRIMIRLO SIN SOPORTES

AJUSTES RECOMENDADOS

  • Capa 0.2
  • Velocidades: las máximas que permitan vuestra máquina 😜
  • Relleno indiferente. Con un 15% en rejilla ya va bien
  • 2 Perímetros
  • Gasto aprox de material: 54gr

This overhang test has been created after extensive research and thanks to the expertise shared by @rudolf.

It is a fixed test at 75°. The reason for not including other angles in this test is that any printer with decent layer cooling should handle all angles from 0 to 75° without issues.

For overhangs above 75°, I recommend using supports (although some machines might be able to handle them).

The idea is that the longer an overhang at this angle, the harder it is to achieve a clean result. That’s why it’s important NOT TO SCALE THE MODEL.

I’ve optimized it as much as possible to minimize material usage.

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Speeds: The maximum your machine can handle 😜
  • Infill: Any type works. A 15% grid infill is enough.
  • 2 perimeters
  • Approximate material usage: 54 g
