Description
A simple piece to turn a cable bundle through 90degrees to exit away from a 2020 rail. Used to send the head loom of my CNC in the correct direction without chafing. I also used dome-headed bolts to reduce intrusion and chafing in the tunnel floor.
2 versions provided; The 'normal' one (Mk2) is big enough for a 4pin Stepper motor connector to pass through. Small (Mk1) was my first attempt. Both are shown fitted in the pictures.
The offset versions have the mount screw positioned as far back as possible to reduce it's intrusion into the tunnel, while the others have the mount central so they can be used in any orientation. I use the offset versions on my 1610 CNC.
