Vacuum splitter 35mm / 2x 40mm - Splitter für Werkstatt Staubsauger wie Kärcher - No support

Splitter to connect two devices or extraction points to one vacuum. I use it on my workbench for the router and the circular saw for extraction at the cut and under the table.

The tool connections have a diameter of 40 mm, the connection for the vacuum 35 mm. I use it with the WD series vacuums from Kärcher. On the tool side, I use the Kärcher extraction set for power tools. Thanks to the multi-stage rubber adapter, the set fits every tool and furthermore most vacuums.

Printing

• Material: Prusament PLA
• Support: no - print standing on the side with two holes
• Brim - I printed without Brim on the Prusa Smooth PEI Print Sheet, you may want to use a brim on other surfaces since the base area is quite small
• Layers - 0.2mm, thicker layers are probably also fine
• Perimeters: 2mm
• Infill: 15% Gyroid
• Print files included are for the Prusa MK4/S with HF nozzle and PLA

Splitter um zwei Geräte oder Absaugpunkte an eine Absaugung anzuschließen. Ich nutze es an meiner Werkbank für die Tischfräse und die Tischkreissäge jeweils zur Absaugung am Schnitt und unter dem Tisch.

Die Werkzeuganschlüsse haben 40mm Durchmesser, der Anschluss für den Staubsauger 35mm. Ich nutze es mit den Staubsaugern der WD Serie von Kärcher. Werkzeugseitig verwende ich das Kärcher Absaugset für Elektrowerkzeuge. Durch den mehrstufigen Gummiadapter passt dieses Set an jedes Werkzeug und außerdem an praktisch alle Staubsauger.

• Support: ohne - auf der Seite mit den zwei Löchern stehend drucken
• Brim - Ich habe ohne Brim auf dem Glatten PEI-Stahlblech von Prusa gedruckt, auf anderen Oberflächen mag Brim wegen der kleinen Grundfläche erforderlich sein
• Layers - 0.2mm, dicker ist vermutlich auch ok
• Wandstärke: 2mm
• Infill: 15% Gyroid
