Cat Shaped RFID Tag Keyfob Case Keychain - 25mm 125kHz

This is a simple model I made for attaching a 25mm adhesive-backed RFID tag to a key chain. I used these T5577 125kHz tags from AliExpress and configured them with a Proxmark3 Easy also from AliExpress. The tags I am using measure ~25mm in diameter and ~1.2mm thick. I have attached the F360 archive file and .STEP file for easy modifications. 

Printing Info:

• Add a pause print command at the layer where the top is applied to place the RFID tag inside! Reference images.
• Make sure to place the tag with the adhesive facing UPWARDS. This allows the bridges to adhere better and avoid printing problems. 

F360 Archive Notes:

• If you'd like to modify the F360 files, take note of two labeled dimensions that may be useful,
  • Int_Gap = Internal Gap between the top of the RFID tag and the bridging layer.
  • Base_Thick = Thickness of the top and bottom
