Fork Seal Driver Tool - 43mm with Alignment Pins (KTM/Husky/GasGas)

This is a fork seal driving tool for use with 43mm diameter dirt bike forks. This was designed with WP dual chamber forks in mind, but will service numerous other fork types from KTM/Husky/GasGas.

There are two lips designed into the seal interface surface that ensure a proper fit when hammering the seal into place. The seal interface surface was designed to clear the upper fork tube, while the driving face is much beefier to withstand hammer blows. This model incorporates two pin holes to align the two halves. I used two long nails for this.

I couldn't take pictures while using the tool due to fork oil but it has been used once without problems. Printed with 2 walls and 40% infill. Print vertically, no support needed. Print two pieces.
