To Avoid Injury (Kicking) Part 1.stl and To Avoid Injury (Kicking) Part 2.stl are for dual extrusion and To Avoid Injury (Kicking).stl is for single extrusion just switch filament.
It is 10mm overall, just change filament between 4mm to 4.2mm from white to orange and above 4.2mm do the remainder in black after 8mm.
