BTT HDMI5 V1.2 Clicky Clack Mount

Did not like the opening above the bracket which showed the cables running behind the screen from above.  One of the main perks of having the 1.2 version of the HDMI5 screen is the ability to hide the cables better, and this aids with that.  Added a stepped lip to add a good amount of clearance for the clicky-clack door since most users will have some amount of door sag.  This will prevent the door from grazing the mount when closing and opening.
