Gift Card Case

This case is designed to securely hide a gift card in A4 paper size.

The case and lids are oriented correctly for printing. Print them in vase mode with 4 bottom layers. I used a 0.4 mm nozzle, with the extrusion width for the external perimeter set to 0.8 mm.

There are three lid versions:

• Lid_5021.stl: Radius 50.21 mm
• Lid_5067.stl: Radius 50.67 mm
• Lid_5117.stl: Radius 51.17 mm

I recommend printing the case first and starting with the widest lid. If the fit isn’t tight enough, try a smaller lid. The fit depends on your printer's accuracy.
