Wheel for Aeropilates reformer

A replacement wheel made for an Aeropilates reformer 610. Probably works for other models too. This uses a 608 bearing.

The bearing is embedded in the print, so follow these instructions

• TPU. 50% infill, 3 walls. Random seam.
• Set the slicer to not cross walls
• In your slicer, determine the layer at which it will begin to print the upper lip (around layer 50). Pause the print one layer before this and move the nozzle out of the way
• Insert a 608 bearing into the print
• resume the print. The bearing should now get printed over and permanently embedded into the print
