Description
I really loved DerBeckhausBehncke space saving design solution for his WECK sprouting jar. It just takes up a minimal footprint in my already overcrowded tiny kitchen. But I didn't have any WECK jars nor metal mesh, so I decided to work on a completely 3D-printed solution for the widely available IKEA Korken glasses.
The benefit: they come in a variety of sizes, but the lid is the same on all of them :)
I like to mix up my sprouts, so I usually grow several different ones in parallel in small 0.5 liter glasses. But if I wanted a lot, I'd just pop the lid into a 2 liter glass and grow an exorbitantly large amount of microgreens :)
This has to be one of the cheapest and most flexible solutions out there….
