This is a remix of BallardBandit vacuum forming, shaped to fit pro-form dental material.
The vacuum attachment are not modified (made by BallardBandit).

You can print the frame as a stencil, but do not put in in the oven.
The frame must be made with woods. I used floating floor leftover.

I suggest to see a real dentist to get your night retainer.  But if for any case you cannot afford one or if you just want to try this, you might be impressed by the result.
