PDSSAP 20-li 1/2 anvil mod, nylon washer mod to fit 6mm height anvil without grind.

When you try to do the mod to fit ½ square anvil, you often need to grind the anvil to reduce the height from 6mm to 5mm on B2, B3, C3.... PDSSAP or put metal whasers….

With this file you replace the oem 2.5mm washer with another with 2.05mm, the minimal height it's 2.00mm. I design this with extra 0,05mm because will be a minimal error if 1st layer it's to squized.

The mod itself replaces the original nylon washer.

To achieve 2.05mm you need to slice like this.

• 0.1mm layer height
• 100% infill
• Add height modifier, put a mod from 0.2mm to 0.35mm with 0.15mm layer height
• PRINT WITH NYLON without fibers

If you feel the anvil doesn't go smooth, do a mandatory double trigger tap :D , and will go smooth.
