Printing

I recommend printing from ASA material because of its ability to be post-processed to a glossy surface like a porcelain. For better results slice the part with 3 perimeters and 100% infill and layer max 0.20mm.

For Bottom part is recommended layer height 0.10mm

ASA post-processing

ASA is a material that can be easily post-processed. Top part is possible to smooth them out with acetone vapors. The result of acetone post-processing will be a very glossy, smooth surface similar to a surface of porcelain. More about ASA filament is in the article ASA Prusament is here! Push the Bottom part into the top part with quite a lot of force.
