Description
There's really 3 things here:
1 and 2 are essentially the same (OnShape), they use a pegboard shelf bracket to hold a spool on the pegboard parallel to the pegboard. I used a “Everbilt Pegboard Shelf Bracket” 1005 605 781, 8 inch, designed for ¼ in pegboard holes. HomeDepot.
2 inch seems to be pretty fine for most spools, from .5kg to 1kg, but the jumbo spools 2kg+ really need the 3 inch version. However, I suggest you use the 3 inch versions for everything, as the brackets being closer to each doesn't really save much space on the pegboard.
These are 3 parts, two clamps and one base. You can assemble with m3 square nuts and m3 screws (12mm+) but I've taken to using zip ties. The fit is pretty tight and you might get away with no additional hardware. The clamps come in a left and right side version, and the stand has a 3 degree slope to it, which counteracts a slope found in my brackets. Lastly there is a m4 square nut and hole to hold the spool holder in place (but I've not needed it… YMMV).
3 is a similar shape to the original spool holders, but it mounts to the pegboard to give you a place to attach the PTFE Tube holder for the spool holders. Onshape. This piece is printed in 2 parts to avoid extensive supports. The halves can be joined with as many as 5 m3 square nuts and 5 m3 screws (4mm-6mm), but again, a single zip-tie is fine too.
Pretty much everything here is modifiable using OnShape variables, but let me know if you need something tweaked and I'll see what I can do.
For what its worth, I'm using this plastic pegboard 16 in. H x 16 in. W Plastic Pegboard in Black (50 lbs.).
