KEY HOLDER BOARD RACK invisible mounting / SCHLÜSSELBRETT Schlüsselhalter unsichtbare Montage

Das Schlüsselbrett besteht aus zwei Elementen:

Schlüsselbrett
Der sichtbare Teil zum Aufhängen der Schlüssel. Benötigt eine Stützgeometrie an der Unterseite, die jedoch gut entfernt werden kann. Die Haken selbst können ohne Stützgeometrie gedruckt werden (Stützgeometrie-Winkel dazu auf 60-70 Grad stellen)

Montageplatte
Kann mit zwei Senkkopfschrauben (D4-D5) an der Wand montiert werden. Das eigentliche Schlüsselbrett wird danach von oben auf die Montageplatte geschoben und verdeckt so die Schrauben.
Benötigt keine Stützgeometrie.
Je nach Genauigkeit des Druckers kann man mit eine Wandkorrektur die Fügegenauigkeit der beiden Teile einfach abstimmen (für meinen Elegoo Neptune 4 Drucker habe ich eine zusätzliche Wandkorrektur von -0,1mm verwendet)

The key board consists of two elements:

Key board
The visible part for hanging up the keys. Requires a support geometry on the underside, but this can be easily removed. The hooks themselves can be printed without the support geometry (set the support geometry angle to 60-70 degrees)

Mounting plate
Can be mounted on the wall with two countersunk screws (D4-D5). The actual key board is then pushed onto the mounting plate from above, concealing the screws.
Does not require any support geometry.
Depending on the accuracy of the printer, you can easily adjust the accuracy of the two parts with a wall correction (for my Elegoo Neptune 4 printer I have used an additional wall correction of -0.1mm)
