Assembly Notes — Steps That Differ from the Original Procedure
Cut the PTFE tube to 27 mm, keeping the original chamfered outer edge.
On the freshly cut side, create a small inner chamfer using a razor blade or any sharp tool.
Insert the PTFE tube so that the inner-chamfered side faces the steel-ball opening.
Before tightening the motor screws, gently push the motor axle (drive wheel) away from the driven wheel axle to reduce friction. This prevents unnecessary noise during operation.
Don’t forget to insert the steel ball.
Screw in the lever so that it moves freely, then insert the magnets so they repel each other.
Mount the sensor and route the cables through the opening to the outside.
Install the cover.
Align the cabling neatly.
Insert the long PTFE tube, ensuring the chamfered outer edge faces inward.
