FDM printing
This guy should be printable without external supports!
Resin
For resin printers, he comes pre-supported (thanks to Charro Zuck!). The model is available in three sizes: a super-sized 90% for Jupiter and other large-format printers, a standard 65% for Saturn-class machines, and a compact 40% for those using a Mars2 or similar smaller printer.
You have a few options:
- Lychee Slicer Lite (.lyt) files – These are ideal since they let you adjust the supports to suit your needs before printing. This is the recommended option.
- Pre-supported and pre-hollowed .stl files – Use these with caution. If you’re applying anti-aliasing, it may affect the support connections, potentially weakening the structure and increasing the risk of print failure.
- Regular STL files – For those who prefer full control, these come unsliced and unsupported, allowing you to set everything up exactly how you want.
