Heart-Shaped Cork Board Headphone Holder

This is a headphone holder that is shaped like a heart, perfect for Valentine's Day or other gifting occasions. It mounts to a standard cork/bulletin board with four thumbtacks and holds your headphones so they are easily reachable.

This should work with all headphone models since the width of the holder is 40mm. However, if your headphones are wider than this, please let me know so I can modify the design.

This design should hold headphones fairly securely, although if too much force is put on the holder it will likely fall off the cork board. This can't really be mitigated in the design aside from adding even more thumbtacks, and I thought four was already a lot. The design uses 2mm holes, though, meaning it can be used with M2 screws if that works better.

Printing

To maximize printing strength, I recommend at least 3 walls and 20% infill.

Since the holder is on the layer lines (due to the way the shape must be positioned to print without supports), strong layer adhesion is highly recommended. I recommend printing a few degrees hotter than you usually do (~5-10°) to increase this.

This model does not require supports, due to the chamfers built in.
