The holder is designed to be attached with double-sided tape, making it easy to mount on a wall, shelf, tool cabinet, workbench or screw storage area. It keeps your most used bits visible and within reach.

The holder is slightly angled, so the bits are easier to grab and remove.

Mounting

Clean the mounting surface before attaching the holder.

Apply suitable double-sided tape to the back of the holder and press it firmly onto the desired surface. For best results, use a strong mounting tape and attach it to a clean, dry and flat surface.

Print settings

Recommended material:

• PLA for normal indoor workshop use

• PETG if more toughness or temperature resistance is needed

Suggested settings:

• 0.2 mm layer height

• 3 perimeter walls

• 4 top layers

• 4 bottom layers

• 15–25% infill

• Supports: usually not needed

The part is small and quick to print, so it is also useful for organizing multiple bit types in different places around the workshop.

Notes

The holding strength depends on the quality of the double-sided tape and the mounting surface. For dusty, rough or oily surfaces, clean the surface first or use a stronger mounting method.

Der Halter wird mit doppelseitigem Klebeband befestigt und eignet sich für Wand, Regal, Werkzeugschrank, Werkbank oder Schraubenregal. So sind häufig verwendete Bits gut sichtbar und schnell griffbereit.

Der Halter ist leicht angewinkelt, damit die Bits einfacher entnommen werden können.

Montage

Vor dem Anbringen die Montagefläche reinigen.

Geeignetes doppelseitiges Klebeband auf der Rückseite des Halters anbringen und den Halter fest auf die gewünschte Fläche drücken. Für ein gutes Ergebnis sollte ein starkes Montageband verwendet werden. Die Oberfläche sollte sauber, trocken und möglichst eben sein.

Druckeinstellungen

Empfohlenes Material:

• PLA für normale Nutzung im Innenbereich

• PETG, wenn mehr Zähigkeit oder Temperaturbeständigkeit gewünscht ist

Vorgeschlagene Einstellungen:

• 0,2 mm Schichthöhe

• 3 Wandlinien

• 4 obere Schichten

• 4 untere Schichten

• 15–25% Füllung

• Support: normalerweise nicht nötig

Das Teil ist klein und schnell gedruckt. Es eignet sich daher gut, um mehrere Bit-Typen an verschiedenen Stellen in der Werkstatt zu organisieren.

Hinweise

Die Haltekraft hängt stark vom verwendeten doppelseitigen Klebeband und der Montagefläche ab. Staubige, raue oder ölige Oberflächen vorher reinigen oder eine stärkere Befestigungsmethode verwenden.
