Aqara Panel-Hub S1 plus FULLY flexible wall mount

Fully flexible wall mount for Aqara Panel-Hub S1 plus smart home display.

Place the display everywhere you want around your home and use the USB-C port to power it.

This super simple to print wall mount case allows you to hang it on every wall you like it to be.

With this fully flexible wall mount you can setup an automation to show the video feed e.g. of your door Aqara G4 door camera to be automatically displayed whenever someone shows up at your door on this screen wherever you want to watch the video feed. You can also add smart buttons to control your smart home. Hope you like this 2 piece wall mount. =)

The display fits well into the front part which is later connected with the help of a French cleat mount to the lid part. Front and lid are screwed together securely with 2 M3x10 screws.

Note: The top part is closed to hide the microphones of the display, which I don't want to use.

The lid can be mounted to your wall with up to 4 screws:

You can use up to 4 screws to mount the lid to the wall first and then hang the front part with the inserted display on the lid then with the help of the French cleat mount:

Note: I used 2 nails to mount it first in place because I did not want to make to much noise in the house today… Will be screwed in place later. ;-) 

With the 2 holes for M3x10 screws left and right from the cutout the case is closed together:

Printing instructions:

• 0.2 speed profile used
• Organic supports needed from the print bed
• Brim activated but may not be needed
• Fuzzy skin activated on the outside walls
• Note: A user reported that he had problems with the sensors not waken the display up again. We did a little analysis together and found that the light color the users printed the case in, instead of the black color I used, disturbed the sensor. After adding some dark tape to his light case the sensor worked fine as expected. Therefore it seems essential to print the case in dark color. Hope to help. =)
