Business Card Dispenser Card Shoe

The dispenser holds around 18 cards(card thickness = 0.016"). The dispenser also works for slightly thinner and thicker cards.

You will need the following components:
M1-M1.7 Screw Kit

Screw List:
M1.2 x 5mm lg. (QTY.2)
M1.2 x 6mm lg. (QTY.10)
M1.2 x 8mm lg. (QTY.2)

The 5mm long screws secure the small clasps to the bottom plate. The 8mm long screws are for the door.

The bottom plate needs to be bent into place after its printed.

The spring needs to be printed in vase mode with one wall. It needs to be cut down the smaller sides, be sure not to bend it before cutting.

I printed mine out of PETG at 0.3mm layers with a 0.4mm nozzle. No supports needed for any of the parts.
