Description
Based on the Fantastic 4 cartoon, where Richards defeats Magneto with a wooden gun.
Parts are uploaded in recommended print orientation. See sliced file for more details. Pin #6 and Pin #10 can be substituted with #6 and #10 sized screws respectively. Just make sure to use plastic ones so Magneto can't take control of them.
(Optional, if using real screws instead of Pin#6 and Pin#10) Use a tap tool add threads to the pin holes in the receiver and barrel
Insert 2 square alignment pins into the receiver, and glue it to the grip. Insert 2 round alignment pins into the receiver, and glue it to the barrel
Connect the dome pieces with the printed tube, without glue for now.
Insert the sight into the gap at the front of the receiver, and the domes into the top of the receiver. Use glue to hold them in place
Roughly align the shroud to the front of the barrel, and thread the muzzle onto the barrel, then secure the shroud either with printed pins or #10 screws.
Secure the flaps to the sides of the receiver with either printed pins or #6 screws. Leave off the right side flap if you plan to hold the gun.
Congrats on your new wooden gun. You are now ready to fight Magneto
