This is a Turntable with an optional crossed roller bearing and a Gridfinity pressure fit base plate.
Thanks to Software2 i finally found a practical Gridfinity solution for magnet placement, all other solutions were quiet disappointing.
Use the Turntable in an Office as desktop organizer or as rotatable Tool organizer or as small parts sorting solution etc.
It is recommended to add the optional crossed roller bearing if you place heavier loads on the plate for easy turning. The roller bearing can be retrofitted at any time.
Components:
turntable base plate with central snap-in connector and crossed roller bearing groove.
printable crossed roller bearing (consisting of 40 rolls) is optional, recommended for heavy load on the table.
Gridfinity (pressure fit) Spacer to cover the central pivot point
Self-adhesive rubber feet (5 pieces, 10mm diameter, 3mm thick), attach to the bottom of the turntable (recommended on smooth surfaces) Alternatively, you can use a non-slip mat under the turntable.
Printing instructions:
PETG or PLA (all functional tests have been made with PETG printed parts)
0.4 nozzle

no supports needed
15% infill for the plates and spacer, 100% for the rollers
print base and top plate with “Random seed” setting for a quiet rolling bearing
Assembling:
take the base plate, use 5 self-adhesive rubber bumpers and press them into the recesses
alternatively, you can place a non-slip mat under the turntable
proceed with the crossed roller bearing if desired, add the 40 rolls as shown in the picture below if you like an easier turning experience. The turntable is functioning without the bearing, so this step is optional
check again that all rollers are in the groove building a crossed pattern
attach the top plate to the base carefully until it snaps in and secures the bearing
if desired, press magnets into the Gridfinity pressure fit base plate recesses
add the spacer (red) to the center of the Gridfinity pressure fit plate (also equipable with magnets)
