Description
World map (Robinson projection) with approximative elevation
About 1.5m large
Can be printed with every kind of settings. The one visible on the picture has been printed with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.32 layer height, 2 perimeters, 5% gyroide infill. With these settings, it took about 45 hours to print on a Prusa MK4s and 1.4kg of PLA filament.
Countries are grouped (or cut for Canada and Russia) to fit Prusa printers 25x21 cm bed.
No support needed, except for “Amerique du nord_Canada (1) avec support.3mf” which is design to overlap the other part of Canada (helps to hide the cut).
Some small islands could be skipped especially if you reduce model size.
PS: Sorry for french naming of models

I designed this model thanks to an SVG for countries available here: https://simplemaps.com/resources/svg-world (can be useful to video-project this image on the wall to place the pieces properly).
And a bitmap image for elevation available here (free registration required): https://sedac.ciesin.columbia.edu/downloads/maps/nagdc/nagdc-population-landscape-climate-estimates-v2/global-elevation-zone.png
