Better Ender 3 X Belt Tensioner

The frame of the tensioner ist bolted to the x-gantry. That makes it stiffer and it fits better to the aluminium bar. It also doesn't twist while the printer is moving along the x-axis.

New parts required:

1x DIN M8 Screw 30mm or longer

1x DIN M8 Nut

1x DIN M3 Screw 30mm

1x DIN M3 Nut

Installing

1. Unscrew the M3 bolt from the back of the gantry.
2. Insert the printed frame to the x-gantry and align the holes
3. Screw in the longer M3 Screw and tighten it with a nut on the other side of the aliuminium bar.
4. Insert the slider to the frame.
5. Fit the belt, bearings and the M8-Screw to the slider.
6. Tighten the belt with the knob
