Elegoo Saturn Vat Holder

I found a few resin vat holders but none that would fit my Elegoo Saturn. I decided to make my own version and share it with everyone!

Fitment is a little loose on purpose to accommodate the alignment bolts on the bottom of the resin vat and to avoid damaging the FEP film.

There is a 5 degree tilt to allow the resin to flow off the vat easier.

Please use the test print to help adjust tolerances where needed, different printers and parts may fit more snug or loose depending on tolerance stacking.

YOU WILL NEED:
3x M5 Nut
3X M5x20mm Bolt
1x 20x20x400mm (or longer) extruded aluminum T-Slot (V-Slot has different geometry)

I have also included the designer I got the idea from: "True_Scott". They did a great job but it did not fit my specific printer. I also added some features I liked but kept some features I did like.

If you do not have an Elegoo Saturn then check out their design, it may just work for you!
