Pixel 9 Pro XL Dual Layer Case - Rebel Alliance Crest

I couldn't find a case I liked, so I made my own with a lil' flair. I recommend printing the outer case in a material with good resilience and layer adhesion like ABS, ASA, or PETG* and the inner case in a flexible filament. I used Hatchbox Gray and Polymaker Galaxy Dark Gray ABS and Hatchbox Iron Red 95A TPU for my case. I would be concerned about splitting or cracking if the outer case was printed in PLA, but you do you boo. 

The files are split into a few different parts and assemblies for user preferences:

• Pixel9XL_Case_Assembly - This is everything together as one .stl; split to parts in your slicer and you'll have everything you need
• Pixel9XL_TPU_Inner_Case - Just the squishy part
• Pixel9XL_Camera - The raised camera surround, already oriented for printing; a couple drops of super glue will secure it into place
• Pixel9XL_Case_with_Crest_Inlay - The case with the crest inlaid, you can paint it in the slicer for multicolor capable printers or follow the video below for single color printers; alternatively, if you want a plain case use this and don't split the file or paint in the slicer and it should print all as one object
• Pixel9XL_Case_with_negative_crest - Easy mode, print the crest separate and glue into place or don't print it at all and have an embossed crest
• Pixel9XL_Rebel_Crest_Only - See above

If you only have a single color printer, I would suggest following Nadir's guide on printing the case with multiple colors rather than printing separately and gluing the inlay in. This is the method I use and it works well.

*Note - remember to scale parts for shrinkage as needed, my ABS parts are printed at 100.9%, you may need more or less depending on your filament choice.
