Description
Just because you have one model, that doesn't mean you can't print it more than one way.
Make use of PrusaSlicer's powerful tools to make that vase into a gyroid vase, complete with color changes. Using negative volumes and modifiers, you can do all sorts of amazing transformations to your models without needing to pull them into CAD software!
This vase was modeled first in FreeCAD but then sliced in two different ways: the first using a traditional “Spiral vase” mode, the second using modifiers to transform it into something with a completely different look.
Use the included PrusaSlicer projects or just the plain STL and see what you can do.
Photos show prints using a 0.6mm nozzle. For the transformed model, a gyroid infill of 10% was used. However, the project files are prepared for a 0.4mm nozzle; you may want to see if the settings in the project file might better suit you.
