Family Love Puzzle Nightlight

A nightlight I made for my beloved wifey. We have 2 kids, hence here are 2 small consequences of our big love :)))

LEDs and ‘LOVE’ are optional. Please see 4 basement options attached. If you are not good at soldering - that is not a problem. If you need a switch to be added - let me know. There will be 5th basement version created. ;)

Printing settings: 

1. no raft
2. layer height 0.15-0.2mm
3. no supports required. It is important to have have fancy bridges as the bears family is intended to be printed w/o supports. Ignore this if you do not plan to install LEDs.
4. since LEDs provide heat it is recommended to use PETG for basement, not PLA.
5. after 20mm of bear model printing, you will need to set a pause and change the filament to black for the remaining 0.5mm (noses, eyes contours). As alternate - print the whole model with white or any other filament color and paint features with a black permanent marker after that.

Materials used for LEDs:

1. wires
2. 4x LEDs
3. 1x PD 12V trigger
4. 1x 10 Ohm resistor to limit current draw to ~50 mA.

!NOTE! Resistor is obligatory as these 1W LEDs are powerful enough to make plastic and even soldered connection melt!
