Husky Build-Out Tool Box Custom Top Attachments

These 3D-printable accessories enable you to expand the functionality of the Husky Build-Out mobile toolbox system. The cleats and corners attach to the bottom of any flat surface, allowing you to securely lock custom work surfaces onto the top of your Husky toolbox.

I have included alignment jigs to aid in precisely positioning the cleats and corners to ensure a secure and accurate fit with the Husky Build-Out attachment system. These jigs help eliminate guesswork by providing predefined placement guides, making it easy to align and mount your custom work surface or other accessories.

Locations for countersunk screws using either #6 drywall screws or #8 wood screws are incorporated into the jig, cleat, and corner designs for secure and flush mounting. For 3/4" plywood, a 1 1/4" screw is used for fastening the cleats and corners.
