2 part assembly that simply clips together. Separators have a 24° twist, so you will need 15 pieces for a full 360° rotation. Torsion of the ladder line allows for improved performance under wind load.

The conductor holes have small protrusions on each end (4th picture) that bite into the insulator for better grip.

Assembly

I suggest marking the installation distances with a paint marker and holding each spacer in a vise while you install the next one. Stiff wire is better.

I didn't get great results with my wire, so I'm also working on a jig to ease wire installation.
