Large Radius Fillet Gauge | CAD Tool

This fillet gauge is designed to measure round corners (fillets) on objects, making it an essential tool for CAD modeling and reverse engineering. Unlike most fillet gauges, which focus on smaller radii, this gauge is specifically created to handle large radii ranging from 22mm to 30mm, filling a gap in many tool collections.

The numbers on the gauge are easy to read and can be highlighted for better visibility. You can either:

1. Use multi-color printing to integrate the colors directly during the print.
2. Simply use a marker to carefully color the numbers post-printing for a quick and easy solution (as shown in the images).

The design is inspired by this model but was created entirely from scratch to address the need for larger radius measurements.

🛠 How to Use

1. Print the gauge in the provided orientation.
2. (Optional) Highlight the numbers using a marker or multi-color printing.
3. Place the gauge against the filleted corner of an object to measure the radius.
4. Use the measurement in your CAD modeling process.
