ZOrbiter v2.0 is very similar to its predecessor. Robert, who is the designer of Orbiter Motors did some improvements with the help of the feedback collected from the community and released v2.0 so did I. Please check the Orbiter Project Website for further information about Orbiter motors and variations.
You will need a 12mm and a 38.5mm PTFE Tube (OD: 4mm, ID: 2mm) for this mod for the E3D V6 hotend. (The stock E3D V6 for MK3 comes with a 43.5mm PTFE) Dragon Rigid Mount PTFE is 23.50mm, Revo 6 PTFE is 26mm. PTFE Tube helper added for all sizes. Please check the assembly instructions.
ZOrbiter v1.5 is printing perfectly fine and one shouldn't expect a difference in print results with the ZOrbiter v2.0. I am a maker like you and I don't want anyone to spend their hard-earned money on something which is not really needed.
However, the new Orbiter v2 Motor approx. 5mm shorter than v1.5 and slightly lighter. So lighter and smaller is always better for higher speeds.
