for the following guide i used powdered oregano combined with powdered sugar. Its as sticky as some other materials u may use…


Note:

Print it in PETG, so u can clean it easy with IPA. 

I prefer 30%Grid and 3 perimeter.

Use baking paper and/or cling film to avoid sticking material on your press.

I only gave 0,2 mm tolerance to PRESS.stl all other parts have 0,0mm tolerance if u have any issues contact me please.

HowTo:

1. place a sheet of baking paper or cling film between SHAFT and SHAFT_LID
- alt for embossing: wrap one of the stamps in clingin film and place it at the ground

2. apply FUNNEL_PRESSOUT on top of SHAFT and fill in 5 grams of your preferred material (may work up to 10-15g)

3. knock the whole thing on your table to get all material into SHAFT, then use PRESS to compress it slightly

4. remove PRESS and FUNNEL_PRESSOUT and prepare another sheet of baking paper or a foil wrapped stamp. Place it on top and apply PRESS

5. press it, use your hand, feet or better a screw clamp 

6. open SHAFT_LID with a coin, add SHAFT on top of FUNNEL_PRESSOUT . For use with a clamp place BOTTOM_LID on FUNNEL_PRESSOUT.

7. press it out by hand or clamp

8. Done ! Time to get your result, disassemble the press.
