Description
Two piece interlocking copy of the Swappable Power Pod and FT firewall originally designed by Josh Bixler. Three piece option is there if you would rather use your own firewall. (Not sure how well the PLA is going to stand up to motor heat.)

Notes:
Supports are manually set at 4mm resolution via Simplify3d under bridges but not on 45 degree side supports. Sufficient support and easy to remove without tools. Automatic supports in Cura, Prusacontrol, Slic3r etc were too aggressive. Printed in Prusa PLA at recommended temps inside a "styrofoam cooler" enclosure. The interlocking tooth wanted to lift on unenclosed prints. The 45 degree side supports are right at the limit of my printer (or my capability to setup my printer) so they aren't refined but they do their job.

Minimal supports on side bridges. A little more on the keys and the keyed bridge. No other post processing required.
OnShape Is Awesome
I took one class of drafting in Uni in 1982. Barely passed. I have no CAD training or experience other than the excellent training videos and tutorials that are freely available from OnShape. Which is also free I might add if you don't mind everything you do being in the public domain.
Onshape combined with a set of calipers and a current power pod (or printout of one) is all it took.

Options and adenda
All up weight after printing is 48 grams whereas my standard build weight from FT water resistant foam board is 30 grams. Tolerance for the keys is set to .3 mm. You could go smaller but not by much. The pretty much snap together as it is. This assembly is intended to be glued together with CA but a couple of zip ties on the joining verticals may be sufficient.
The slot keys look big but they come in under 5mm and they can be filed down. If you are running Simplify3d it might be worth adding another process to increase the infill on the keys and top of the firewall.
IMPORTANT. I have not flown this pod yet. It could very well crash spectacularly so trialling it with your FPV Kracken or hopped up FT Bloody Wonder is not recommended. Having said that I intend to trial it on my hopped up BW so I will let you know how that goes. :)
