Cat Dancer Original Toy - Handle

I bought a Cat Dancer Original Toy and my cat loves it! But my hands don't love the little cardboard roll with which I'm supposed to control it. So I made a handle for it.

Print both “TbarSplit” halves (split-side down), then use the “Outer” to screw them together. Use one of the rings to keep the top part together.

I'd love to see your remixes for the rings. I couldn't quite make what I saw in my head, so this is it.
