JetKVM Rugged Box

Idea

I wanted a box to store the JetKVM device, along with the cables you get in the box and maybe a few more (adapter for Micro HDMI, RJ12 cable etc).

Design

In the center there is a place to put the device. The space on the outside is for the cables to allow them to be stored as loops. On the lid there's a risen part which holds the JetKVM in place. Because of the original model geometry, the whole box can't be made thinner feasibly. 

Printing

Straightforward, as per the original model. The seal is to be printed in TPU, if so desired. The latch has to be printed twice per box, a different color can give a nice accent.

Assembly

Most people will opt for 6 M3x30 mm screws, which is fine. In my photos you'll see M3x35 mm screws with nyloc nuts, just a personal preference.
