SPINDLE CLAMP for 65mm trimmer (MAKITA, KATSU, CLONE etc) for CNC Twotrees TTC450

DUST SHOE for ALL 65 mm trimmer 

Suction ADAPTER (internal diameter 39.2 mm external diameter 43.2 mm) designed to be removable from the hood to suck up milling residues from the work surface

I designed this suction adapter according to my vacuum cleaner, aware that my needs may be different from yours, so you can design just the adapter considering that the internal diameter of the dust shoe is 39mm.

To protect the cap I used a transparent PVC sheet (so you can see the milling during processing) thickness 0.8 mm available in common DIY stores, but you can use whatever you want as long as it is a maximum thickness of 1 mm (width of the groove).

To fix the PVC sheet I used cyanoacrylate gel glue (but any glue you think is suitable is fine)

NECESSARY MATERIAL:

You will only need two  5 x 20 mm screws to fix the lower part of the plate (for the upper part, use the ones supplied with the machine) and related nuts.

To fix the spindle and the cap, however, I used three 4 x 30 mm screws with relative nuts.

Regarding the printing material, I preferred to use only PETG which guarantees me greater resistance to temperature given that the spindle generates heat. I have not tested other materials, since after months of use I have not had any kind of problem.
