This is for a project for my Concrete Inspection course I'm taking.
I have not tested this yet, use at your own risk, I'm not responsible for your concrete failing.
This is designed for #4 rebar.
If you were to actually use this I'd recommend ASA for its UV resistance, because your grid might be in the sun for a few days.
