Simple Raspberry Pi 4 Case

A little case for the Raspberry Pi 4 Single Board Computer.

The Raspberry PI board sits snugly in the case itself and is held down by additional screws. There are two versions available for download, one using M2 screws and one using M2.5 screws. The original shields and standoffs usually use M2.5 screws.

At the time of publishing (11.02.2025) I do not have M2.5 heat set inserts, so the case is untested, but there shouldn't be any issues.

Recommended Material & Print Settings

• Nearly every Material should work, Test prints were done in PLA.
• No supports needed.
• Two (or more) perimeters recommended for the screw pegs to be solid enough

Additional Hardware

M2 Version

• 4x M2x6-8 Screws (for 8mm screws you might need a washer)
• 4x M2 Heat Set Inserts (Ruthex ones tested, others may work as well)

M2.5 Version (untested!)

• 4x M2.5x6-8 Screws (for 8mm screws you might need a washer)
• 4x M2.5 Heat Set Inserts (Ruthex ones tested, others may work as well)
