Description
The Mikrotik CRS304-4XG-IN does include a small DIN rail mount.
It is likely to be also included with other products they make.
This DIN rail clamp does use a spring. I made the indent for this spring different on both sides, so it requires different force to mount the switch.
The arrow points to the strongest clamping force.
The ends of the rail were added to stop the switch from sliding off the rails.
Since it is using standard dimensions of a DIN rail, other DIN rail enclosures can also mounted to this rail.
When mounting the DIN rail onto my switchboard, I used 4.0 x 25 mm screws with a sunken head.
The screw head diameter is 10 mm.
I printed these using PETG with 3 perimeters as print setting.
No supports needed, just print with the flat side on the build plate.
The difference between both 3D files is the added text “Mikrotik”.
