21700 & 18650 Battery Holder optimized packaging minimal size

Other versions of such battery-holders were wasting too much space between the batteries and thus too much filament in my opinion, so I created this version. 

• Dimensions: 143mm × 45mm × 34mm
• fits 6 pieces of 21700 batteries of max diameter 22m
• fits 6 pieces 18650 batteries of max diameter 19mm

I had good results with lightning infill, PETG and 0.6mm nozzle sized and 0.30mm / 0.32mm layer height.
