Camera 1/4-20 mount compatible with CBS Flo arm

I needed an easy way to mount my Logitech Brio above my monitor without it resting on top of it (the bezel was thin enough that the webcam base obscured some of my screen).

The insert sits within the slots for the VESA mounting plate of the CBS Flo monitor arm.
