Description
A Breitling B01 Premier clock - 255x255mm
Main image is printed at 0.2mm with top ironing.
I replaced the date window with a numeral seen on some other Premier models.
Bezels etc were created from closeups of my own Premier - hence the outer bezel “bending”
This was designed to take an atomic syncing unit I have from either a La Crosse hacked clock or from American-Time:
The movement will friction fit into the back, and the hands will friction fit, but be aware to keep the hour hand straight or it may catch on the numerals.
To apply hands, insert a battery into the movement and let is rotate the axles until it stops (This may take a few minutes, you'll need to listen for a pause) When it stops, all axles will have rotated to the 12 o'clock clock position. Carefully place the hands, as the axles can turn - especially the second hand.
Subdial hands must be glued on - also keep in mind clearance from the hour hand when glueing.
Make sure to print with Arachne walls enabled.
You can use the bezel half included and purchase a 10 inch plexiglass front - the plexiglass and clock will friction fit:

This prints fine with a 0.4mm nozzle with mostly default settings across the board.
