Rainbow vacuum caster wheel tire replacement

I printed them with TPU Hardness (Shore D) 55D.

If you want to print them from more flexible materials I would recommend scaling them down a little to get a tighter fit.

To take the wheel off the axle it worked best for me to put in forks on each side and push them in opposite direction. (picture 3)

I don’t know the exact model of the vacuum but it’s at least 10 years old.

I added gcode for multiple tires at once (sequentially), but the outer two turned into spaghetti. I guess because the bed temp might be less stable on the edges. I ended up printing them one by one.
